Lions Awarded 3 Comp Draft Picks/ Draft Picks Set

The Detroit Lions have been awarded 3 compensatory draft picks for 2022. (as projected) For the loss of WR Kenny Golladay last off-season earning a 4yr/72 million dollar deal from the Giants. Detroit adds pick #97, the top compensatory pick in the NFL Draft. (End of round 3) Which gives Detroit 5 of the first 100 picks. They also add pick #177 for the fifth round and #217 for the sixth round. According to the NFL this is due to the loss of Kenny Golladay, as well as, LB Jarrad Davis, WR Jamal Agnew, WR Marvin Jones Jr and K Matt Prater. While, only adding RB Jamaal Williams and WR Breshad Perriman. Minimal spending for the Lions last Free Agency, could pay off big time for the 2022 NFL Draft and beyond.
